The file number and folder name also indicate the location of the file on
the memory card. A recording with the file number “101-0107”, made
on 3 November will be found in the folder DCIM\101_1103. If it is an
MP4 movie, its file name will be MVI_0107.MP4; if it is a photo, its file
name will be IMG_0107.JPG.
[Auto Power Off]: In order to save power when the camcorder is powered
by a battery pack, it will automatically shut off if left without any operation
for 3 minutes.
Approximately 30 seconds before the camcorder shuts off, [Auto Power
Off] will appear. Operating any of the camcorder’s controls while the
message is displayed will prevent the camcorder from shutting off.
[Power On Using LCD Panel]: When this setting is set to [Enable], opening
the LCD panel turns the camcorder on, while closing the LCD panel turns
it off. Set to [Off] to deactivate this feature. In either case, you can still use

[Firmware]: In playback mode, you can verify the current version of the
camcorder’s firmware, which is the software that controls the camcorder.
