1.Intheapplicationsoftware,selectPrintfromtheFilemenutodisplaythedialogboxforprinting
conditions.
2.Afterconrmingthattheprinterisselectedinthedialogbox,clickPrintorOKtostartprinting.

•Theappearanceofthedialogboxvariesdependingontheapplicationsoftware.Inmostcases,the
dialogboxincludesbasicprintingoptionsandenablesyoutochoosetheprinter,specifytherangeof
pages,numberofcopies,andsoon.
