thepositionofprinting.
Inthiscase,advancethepaperasfarintothepaperfeedslotaspossiblebecauseitwillbeprintedstartingat
thatposition.
Manuallyadvancepaperasfollows.
1.WhenWidthDetectionOFF.OKtocontinue?isshownontheDisplayScreen,press▲or▼
toselectLeaveOFFandthenpresstheOKbutton.
IfyouselectWidthDetectionON,changetheMediaDetailedSettingsinformationforthat
paperandusetheregularfeedingmethod.
2.Keepingtherightedgeofthesheetalignedwiththeextendedlineofthepaperalignmentline(a)
ontherightsideoftheprinter,loadthesheetsothatthenearedgeisalignedwiththegroove(b)
atthefarendoftheplaten.
3.CheckthepositionoftheloadedpaperandpresstheOKbutton.
4.AfteramenuforselectionofthepapersizeisshownontheDisplayScreen,press▲or▼to
selectthepapersize,andthenpresstheOKbutton.

•Ifaprintjobreceivedrequirespaperlargerthantheselectedpaper,itmaysoilthePlaten.
